62nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY MARCH 4th, 2009

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of All Trans
Financial Services will be held:

Wednesday, March 4th, 2009
The Old Mill Restaurant - 21 Old Mill Road, Toronto
(Just West of Jane Street and Bloor Street West)

The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. sharp with the intention of reviewing the activities of the past year, including presentation of reports from the Board Executive, Director of Operations, Audit Committee, and External Auditors, who will present the Balance Sheet and Financial Statement for the year end December 31st, 2008.

Please note that only those members who have forwarded written consent to nomination shall be considered eligible for election at this meeting.

Due to high costs of mailing, annual reports will be available at the annual meeting and from all credit union pavilions and Mobile Money Managers upon request. The Annual Report will also be available on our website.

As a member, you are strongly urged to attend the Annual General Meeting to voice your opinion and cast your vote. Light refreshments will be served prior to the business meeting.
